Admission Application Information 

Master's applicants:
January 15 for Fall applications
September 15 for Spring applications

Ph.D. applicants:
December 15 for Fall applications
September 15 for Spring applications

Students with complete applications received by these deadlines will receive full consideration for funding.

For additional information about admissions to the graduate program in Industrial Engineering, please refer to Admissions Requirements.

Materials required for admission consideration:

  • Application fee paid to the Division of Graduate Studies (no materials will be processed until fee is paid)
  • Complete academic transcripts
  • Three letters of recommendation (sample)
  • A statement of purpose (differs for Masters and PhD)
  • General GRE test scores - Test Prep Tuition Assistance
  • TOEFL score (for International students only)

The Graduate College will notify you regarding any missing application file items. The Graduate College will also notify you of a final admission decision. Please keep in mind that the evaluation process, which includes a review of the application, will take at least 6 weeks.
